Found: One Gift

(If videos do not show up on your phone or email version of this post please go directly to the blog by clicking on the title above).
Ever find a gift in an unexpected place? Yesterday when I was reading Acts 1 in my Bible Reading Plan, honestly, I was wondering what I'd get out of it! I've studied it dozens of times and it's more of a chapter of history than anything, but one phrase caught my attention... Acts 1:4 "wait for the gift of the Holy Spirit..." If you have a bouquet of roses like Phyllis's like I wrote about yesterday, let's include a little note saying "the gift of the Holy Spirit." He's our Comforter and so much more. Why not let yourself enjoy (or cry through) some music videos today. Often, the Holy Spirit ministers to us through music. Here's a song about the Holy Spirit by Francesca Battistelli.

The Holy Spirit never glorifies Himself, but always points us to The Father and The Son, as does this song, Oh, The Deep, Deep, Love of Jesus set against the rolling tide of the Pacific Ocean.

Remember, God loves you with an everlasting love.
