Sign Up Now for A Widows Retreat at Sandy Cove Ministries, March 4 - 6

2016 Widow's Journey at Sandy Cove
Being a widow is to be in a very lonely place.
People say, “Isn’t it wonderful he’s with the Lord,” and you want to yell, “No! He should be here with me.”
Spend a weekend with other widows where you are with people who understand. Come share your heart and your hurt and be encouraged as we remind ourselves that, hard as it is, our God is able. Learn from women who are where you are, women who have weathered grief and difficult times.
This weekend is for widows of all ages and at any point in the journey. . . (Sandy Cove is serenely situated halfway between Baltimore and Philadelphia near the town of North East, Maryland, just 10 minutes south of I-95, and 1 hour south of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, via Route 272). What others are saying…

“Through the wonderful speakers and new connections with other widowed Christians, I have strengthened my faith this weekend.” Deborah – Manheim, PA

“It’s wonderful to hear that other women experience the same feelings that I am.” Ann – Hampstead, MD

“The perfect mix: we had opportunity to grapple with the truth of what has happened in our lives and receive the truth that God has plans and purpose for each of us. I also felt we had a perfect mix of large meetings, small group time, and free time for being alone or connecting casually with others. It is a wonderful, anointed, God sent ministry.” Sheila – Airmont, NY

“Speakers were encouraging. Small group made us feel part of a whole. Everyone understood how I feel.” Carolyn – Harrington, DE

“I am no longer negatively affected by the label “widow”.” Esther – Elizabethtown, PA
