Time Out for Treasures

Isn't this the prettiest picture of pansies and a poem that you've ever seen? I thought it'd be fun to take a little "click trip" to my blogger widow friend Polly's, where she specializes in finding vintage ephemera that is in the public domain. Her blog is like a treasure box, and it's copyright free! Right now she's posted some sweet vintage Christmas cards to help us all get in the mood.

Back Porch Graphics is loaded with vintage prints, photos, and old advertisements that will charm your socks off!

If you are into scrapbooks, collages or crafts, or, if you're like me and just enjoy looking, Polly has a wonderland of little treasures for you to oooh and aaah over. Why not take a break from Thanksgiving prep (or dread!), and drop by Polly's to enjoy her collection?

Say "hello," and tell her I sent you. :) She'd love it, and I think you will, too.

  1. This place is really cool. I love seeing the older pictures and graphics.

I saw she had an old menu from the 1950's. Shakes were only 25 cents and an apple pie was only 15 cents! If I could go back in time..of course I would bring my coin jar with me. :)
