Facebook Alert!

Do you use Facebook?
I'd love to hear what you think of it.

I really enjoy hearing from everyone on Facebook, but lately it seems too random. Like, at the top of the list are statuses that were posted 14 hours ago . . . and I'm not sure why out of my 300+ friends I only hear from 20 or so. (Oh no! Did they all 'unfriend' me and I don't know?)

Plus, did you know allowing Facebook apps like Farmville, etc are giving permission for your personal info to be given away? Click on this article, Facebook to share your phone number, address for more info.

I'm having mixed feelings about it. How do you feel about it?

Tuesdays are dedicated to single living skills so send in your handy household tips, recipes, directions for plunging the toilet and all the other fun stuff you get to do now. :) They can be serious and of actual help, or you can vent a little.
And, as always, send in your prayer requests or your listing for the Memorial Wall. WCplace@gmail.com

  1. I choose not to be on Facebook. My main reason is the blogging already take enough of my time.

  2. I like facebook because it puts it all in one place for me. I don't have to jump from blog to blog, forum to forum.

  3. I'll continue to keep tabs on both---and you're both good examples why. Some like one, some like the other! :) Just don't make me Tweet! lol

  5. Hi Ferree, I deactivated FB as I had some serious privacy concerns after the computer technician explained to me some things that could happen if you are on FB. I appreciate the info you provided today. It reinforces my decision. GGTC

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I am not always able to reply but your remarks mean a lot to me and will appear as soon as possible.

Here are some tips for commenting:
Remember to click the Publish button when you are done.
Choosing the anonymous identity is easiest if you do not have your own blog.
Using a computer rather than a cell phone seems to work better. Thanks again!
