Another Chicken Recipe!

It's Friday--time for a grin. Feel free to send your favorite jokes or funny stories to post on Fridays!

BAKED CHICKEN SURPRISE
(A perfect recipe for people who are not certain how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked but not dried out).

6-7 lb. whole chicken
1 c. melted butter
1 c. dry stuffing mix
1 c. unpopped popcorn
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end pointed toward the front of the oven.

Bake until tender and enjoy!
How will you know when it's tender? Oh, you'll know. Listen for the popping sounds. Then, when the chicken blows the oven door open and blasts across the room, it's done.
And you thought I couldn't cook.
